Propeller Development Process

    Design and analyze the configuration of the propeller and the motor specification/performance requested by the customer

    Perform thrust test using the prototype. In the case of the Iron Bird manufacturing, the thrust measurement of multiple propellers with the actual size and configuration of the real aircraft can be performed along with noise and vibration measurements.

    Based on the gathered data, manufacture the optimized propeller through precision machining
